The other day as I was walking in the city I took the time to see how people accessorized, It is a belt or hat ( especially on these cold days!) I ran into a designer friend who designs hats and wearing all black with a fabulous hat changed the entire outfit! Living in South Beach from 1997-2000 I learned that fashion has many statements, It is with using pictures and recreating something not only may raise a statement but also invite conversation,
